Confused huh !
I am not. Marketing companies which are specialising in generating leads and businesses for other businesses are seriously Bourne Firing and yes they are generating profits as well.
There is no change in their certified tactics and they don't have genie with them too.

So what has comforted them so much  and are achieving sales too? Technology !

There is a new advancement that has impacted businesses so much that it has simplified the traditional business ethics and processes, even in an organisations.
Traditionally the basic of every marketing includes knowing their customers, is there any need of your service or product, how likely you would compete to other brands in the market etc.

For generating such insights, surveys are done. Survey can be done by any mean like telephone surveys, face-to-face interviews, surveys by mail, and Internet questionnaires to dig out important information about Present customers, New Market, refreshing old insights etc.

Most popularly, survey forms are considered the best source for gathering customer insights, as it’s filled by preferred targeted persons, second, the person carrying forms and taking surveys asks additional information and can correlate with the information filled in the form.

Another thing to keep in mind was the budget. Though it is the crucial part of a business, can say one of the pillars supporting whole infrastructure, businesses tend to invest as it may percept risky  compared to direct marketing where either it’s a Dance around Fire or Firing.
